If you're buying a phone or wanting a plan with Optus, I definitely recommend asking for Aymar. Fantastic employee who spent a lot of time talking to me about the right deals and phone for me. Never made me feel pressured and was extremely friendly.

If I could rate gympie stores after sales service at minus 5 I would. The sales team were very helpful but if you have a problem like the product you perched was damaged all you get is the runaround. We signed up for a bed and mattress 10 12 2020and we are still waiting for a replacement .my wife and I sleeping in the spare room on a old bed and mattress .we are being told that the bed is coming from Melbourne and should take 2 weeks this is the 3rd lot of 2 weeks not happy at all

Good lay out. Happy staff. They don't wiggle on their prices of items much and if you do get them down it's not by much. Its a bit annoying that there is 3 stores in one all run by 3 different departments and you can do seal's between them. Ie get a lounge and TV package or a TV and computer kinda package.
