Booked MLB for Monday 7am when I was reassured that they would arrive at 7 with a big truck. Took the day off to overseer the moving and assist with the lifting. Waited all morning, no phone call to let me know where they were. Called the company 3 times, no answer. Called again 20 minutes later and was told that they were held up in traffic. Waited until 4pm, still a no show. Called them up and was advised that one of their workers was injured (sounds like the same story everyone else on here got) so they would come on Tuesday. Took another day off work. They showed up in a small truck during peak hour and said they were charging by the hour (350), which meant they would probably rack up 10 trips and possibly 5 or 6 hours. I helped them load the truck, took them to my new place where they unloaded the truck and told them I would organise for the rest of the furniture to be relocated by someone else. They charged my 350 for the one trip which took them under an hour. After using my toilet facilities they collected their money and went on their way. If there was an option for no starts that's what I would give them. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN AND RECOMMEND NO ONE USE THEM EITHER. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.....NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE CLIENTS AND TOO MANY EXCUSES.

I am not at all happy with the service provided. My things are still in storage. No one contacted me, I was provided no updates. I was advised I would be provided a 30min window to meet the movers, and confirmed this 1hr prior to the timeframe expired. To alleviate this I went to my storage unit 30minutes prior the outer time limit. I waited at my storage unit for 2hrs outside the specified timeframe (10am-1pm). I rang twice during this time and was hung up on without my call first being answered. Over 3hrs after the scheduled time frame and I still had not heard from anyone. I wrote an email - 5 minutes after this was sent - I was advised that someone would be at the unit in 7 minutes, as they had only just got the job - I booked the job weeks prior and called at 12 to confirm it was still going ahead. I was unable to make it back to my storage unit as I had a plans at 4.15pm. It is now Monday and I have not heard from the booking centre to apologise - reconfirm or rectify this situation. I find this unacceptable.
Terrible service. Booked job on 10:00 am two weeks ago. Got the ring on 7:30 am want to process the job. After we said we prefer to start on 10:00 am and they finally arrive at 1:00 pm wothout more notice. Movement team is not so professional to refuse to move one of our dinning table. Disappointed. Will not use their service any more.
We booked this company to move our furniture into storage containers and then again to move them out (the containers were at our house). They arrived to pack up the furniture and we supplied moving blankets. Everything was packed. 3 weeks later they were to return to unload the containers (stored offsite while we renovated) . They never came and did not let me know they were not coming until I rang towards the end of the allocated time slot (4pm). We then had to move it ourselves as we were not confident they would actually turn up the next morning before the containers were due to be collected. While moving in we noticed they did not put the blankets between furniture resulting in rubbing and dents on our furniture. They put the leg of the table against the ensemble base which then went through the base. Over the next few days we noted many dents/scratches in our furniture. Boxes marked heavy were put on light boxes and squashed parts of them. It was a disaster!! I could never recommend these people to anyone. They did not communicate, they did not care and they did not do the job they were paid for.
Absolutely non existent customer service and communication. While I do understand that unexpected problems come up (injuries etc) a simple phone call to communicate what is happening would have been nice. On Tuesday, I took the day off work to help my sister. She had booked this company to move furniture, boxes etc from taxi boxes back into her house after a renovation. Due to be there between 1-4pm. At about 2 she decided to call as we'd not really had any communication further about time. No one answered her call. Or called her back. At 2:15pm I tried from my phone. Weirdly enough, I got a call back at 2:24pm (unfortunately the call got disconnected). Still no call back to my sister. Around 3:30pm she tried again. Finally got onto someone. Who advised driver was injured and they would try to get the next available. That he would call back. Around 4pm, still no call back. So my sister tried one again. No answer. Finally around 4:30-5:00pm we finally got a phone call. They weren't coming. Information we could have done with HOURS earlier. We needed the boxes unpacked as they were to be picked up early the next morning. As such we had to unpack it all ourselves (super fun in the dark) until late into the night. And no chance of getting anyone else. Your company is in desperate need of customer service training.
I got in touch with MLB removals for a local move in Brisbane and was very pleased with how easy it was to schedule everything for our move. Josh and Torben were super helpful and quick and made the whole process very easy. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking to move.

Great service - Tobin and Ciaran were helpful, quick and patient. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Also moved extra items for us while on site. Very highly recommended - will use them again for sure.
