Unhelpful and unfriendly. They wouldn't talk to me on the phone and they wouldn't even tell me if they could fix my device by email (and the damage was obvious from a photo). Instead they wanted me to drive to them and pay 110 for them to look at it. Had to email 3 times to get a response. I tried contacting them per the below message and they said they would call me but never did. I guess there aren't a lot of competitors so they don't need to provide good service. Try somewhere else if you can. Kelly was the person I spoke to so good luck with her.

Service not what it used to be. Had something repaired here 2yrs ago which was managed well. This time, I understand there's been impact of COVID-19, but in the almost 3 months they've had my item, not once have I been contacted to update me. I have had to call the company to ask what is happening. My call today was very disappointing. Lots of reasons for the delay (which I was told several times are not their their fault) but no empathy that, as customer, I've had to wait so long. I didn't cancel the repair as I know the hold up isn't their fault and honestly, I want local Business on these difficult times but the attitude today made me question that decision. As I said to the employee on the phone today, sometimes calling a customer to say you don't have anything to report but just letting the customer know you haven't forgotten them is a call with making.. I was pretty much told they have to been too busy to do this.. good to know... sigh... 12 June 2020: had a call from Tech1 yesterday to update me on the progress of my repair! First time they've done this in almost 3 months. Part arrived and hasn't fixed the problem do need to order another part. Had a good chat with the woman who called, she listened and empathized unlike the employee last week.. I'm not going to wait 3 months this time so wait and see... Just appreciated of the update

While you were unable to repair my TV due to the availability of parts and intermittent problems. I was blown away by the professionalism, courtesy and constant updates shown by all staff at all times. This included booking, pick up, service and delivery staff. What a great product, service and team you have!! I will be telling everyone about this GREAT place.
