Bought pair of shoes at Myers in the city during boxing day sale but it was one size bigger than my normal size and nothing fits me its either small or big. Went to Myer Miranda and exchanged it with the size I wanted... perfect!

Friendly helpful staff that is there but more staff needed to assist
service was awful and in a store full of customers one staff member decided to follow me (the only ethnic customer) around the entire floor as if I was a thief. Told the manager and she did nothing so I went to david jones which had much better customer service
Pretty good - usually find what i need and their markdowns are quite good. Sometimes hard to find a pay counter with staff but when you do find them the staff are quite friendly and efficient
Myer is pretty dope. Gotta say, been checking it out for many years and Miranda was a new addition to my Myer trips. The Xmas selection is pretty extensive, and there’s even a Santa there. Good effort on their part, could use a few more staff offering assistance. But not complaining too much!
Finally found a good range of summer clothes options. Checkout staff had good energy. I miss the days of needing to go to shops like this more often.

Standing at make up desk right in front of two workers. Both made no effort to acknowledge us waiting so packed our bags ans left. Lost an easy sale. How sad.
