Mint Cleaning did an amazing job!! I hired them for my spring cleaning the first time and now they just did my End of lease cleaning. They were punctual and polite with a friendly team who left my house both times sparkling clean. I was very happy with the result. Their staff were professional and all communication with mint cleaning was responsive and a smooth process. I highly recommend.

Unprofessional, poor quality and terrible customer service. We used mint cleaning as our end of lease cleaning service - never again. They arrived to clean the oven, then left without finishing (or attempting) the rest of the job. We found this out on the morning of our final inspection. After calling them back twice to finish the job (which they still didn't complete) we gave up and did the final bits of cleaning ourselves. Our invoice was shocking - over 1000 for a job they didn't do, along with a non-existent 'mould removal' charge from our living room windows. After all this inconvenience and stress, they only knocked 60 off the bill. Please save yourselves the stress and either go somewhere else or DIY.

It felt like the guys that arrived (late) had little to no experience and really lacked motivation, energy and basic attention to detail even tending to the bare minimum of the vacuuming, mopping and bathrooms, some wiping down. It just felt they didn't really care about the job they were doing. They were very polite and good people. Its just disappointing when you pay for a service, I expected service. I had to look through the house once they felt they were completed, the toilets were not clean all carpets needed to be vacuumed again. It was frustrating to even feel the need to check everything, that was the proof to me that they may not be very experienced. After they re did some of the cleaning they told me they needed more money because it took them longer.... I was not impressed, thats just bad business, they weren't here to provide a good service they were here to get there money as quickly and easily as possible.

Mint Cleaning Group was amazing and responded quickly to my booking request with our end of lease cleaning, Our real estate agent even asked who we had hired for the job as he was very happy with the result .Great customer service and spotless work. Highly recommend to anyone else looking for a cleaner in Canberra ! Now I will be using Mint Cleaning for my regular weekly cleans at my home I look forward to see them coming each week .Thanks again .

Mint were so easy to deal with, because they are very organised and professional. Dora manages the bookings like a star. The two cleans both ran on time and the staff were very friendly. Our landlord asked for a couple of spots on the carpet to have another going over, and was very impressed with the great job in the end - and we were impressed by the cleaners coming in on a Saturday to do the second try! Highly recommended.
