I just come out from there! Firstly this is a constructive review! We need this kind of business around is very helpful. BUT: the services of this Asian girl was the worse and rude!!! Horrendous treat, why She is on this terrible mud.
bought mop and handle, two weeks later the handle breaks. They refused a refund or replacement without even hearing what happened. extremely rude and nasty. Should not be in business. Disgusting
By far the rudest and most venomous Korean girl I have ever encountered. Totally ignored my business partner and I, even as we showed clear intent to purchase a 2000 polishing machine and pads. When we asked simple questions about which pads would work with the machine, she became defensive and started yelling at us. Needless to we took our business elsewhere. What an absolute disgrace. Hands down the worst customer experience ever. I agree with Sally Fish .. if I could give 0 or negative stars I would, just to warn people to stay away from this place.
Well, I like their price competitiveness and their services. Visit there and see their price lists.
