Do yourself a favour and try this gym! Amazing personalised programs to suit all levels of strength/age/fitness- everyone is welcomed and pushed to their own limits. The trainers are all so knowledgeable and caring and keep you focussed and improving every week.
Luke has created a great environment at the gym and a very supportive and motivating atmosphere. The coachs are all very knowledgeable and put the effort in so you get the most out of every session. I would recommend this gym to anybody regardless of level they will be able to help.
Luke, Carola and Alex are so knowledgeable and professional. They listen and have my best interest in mind. The sessions are fun, relaxed and they get the most out of me. The clientele are positive and up beat. 5 stars!

Highly recommended! Luke has fostered an environment for all fitness levels. A place where every single member feels supported, motivated and can achieve their unique goals.
