Hello everyone. About a month ago or so I gave these guys an excellent review. I have spent well over 2000 and about a week ago I had a problem with the Ettore mop and squeegee. I went in and spoke to them about it and I was told that it it was my problem and not theirs. By all means they were great at the point of sale but their treatment of customers after purchase is absolutely pathetic. I since went to intercity cleaning supplies and they solved my problem and gave me a great discount on my purchases. As it turns out, their prices are 20 % cheaper than Brisbane wholesale for the same brands in the first place. I win and you lose Dan
