We had security windows and doors installed, the product is great, exactly what we wanted. Also the installers were fantastic, especially when they worked around my sleeping baby.
We are a old customer of Just Glass, so when my screen door and wardrobe door rollers broke, I called the door busters. As usual the repair was done in a very professional manner. I now have smooth running doors once again.
Just glass installed a pet door and a security screen door with pet door. Excellent installation great service from start to finish. Very impressed
Called Just Glass to adjust shower door. Service man arrived at given time had a look at shower door, returned to his van to get drill and other items, came back removed a plate from top door hinge, removed 2 screws redrilled 2 new holes adjusted door by about 3mm screwed 2 screws into new holes, job done. The whole job took about 15 minutes max. Two days later received an account for 155.00. Paid the account however did enquire about the account, was told call out fee was 165.00. No pensioner discount nothing. Lesson learnt, ask about fees and charges before committing to repair or work. Will never use this company again. Just as a footnote, had some electrical work done, e.g fault find and light fixture installed by local electrician, this gentleman spent 1 hour carrying out the work, charged me 110.00 including GST. I would recommend this electrician anytime and would use him in the future.
Had a bedroom window smashed, and it was replaced correctly and quickly within 4 hrs of phoning for an estimate. Cost of replacement did not exceed the estimate quoted over the phone. Very good service.
Very efficient service, let you know what's happening at all times, fair price and quality workmanship. Would recommend.
