Have beenchasing some pieces to fix my shower screen. The guys at thr shop had exactly what I wanted. Thank you.
We engaged WA Custom Glass to install a glass shower screen. A 40% deposit was made prior commencement. One their 1st attempt (September) - the sliding glass door had a chip and scratch on the glass panel. - the gap between the fixed panel and sliding glass door at the top and bottom differed by approximately 10mm - bottom foot guide was not fit for purpose - the silicone seal was not properly finished The company were advised that their quality of work was not acceptable and returned to uninstall panels. In October the panels were re-installed however - the original sliding glass panel with chip and scratch was re-installed and again the silicone seal was not satisfactory WA Customer Glass were advised the work was not acceptable and organised for their senior installer to review the work. It was agreed the work was not up to standard. The company returned a 3rd time and it was identified after attempting to install the panels, the original setup was incorrect and the installer had to arrange for the sliding glass panel to be re-cut. On the 4th attempt (end of November) the work was completed.
I just wanted to thank the team at WA Custom Glass for doing an amazing job for us yesterday. Very professional and really helped transform our property with quality products that are exceptional for the price point. Highly recommended!
I emailed these guys asking for a quote. I got a reply stating they need to know the breed of dog and measurements of the window. I emailed back within 30 minutes with what they needed. It has been days and I still haven't got a reply. I have emailed twice again and still nothing. I'm very glad they chose to ignore me as there are different companies who know how to offer customer service. I have emailed several other companies with prompt response. Should of checked WA Custon Glass reviews before even emailing them. By the looks I'm not the only one that has had no customer service. Would not recommend these guys at all! Do your research people..
I am being looked after by Brent at WA Custom Glass and I must say he exceeded all expectations by a long shot. He was extremely thorough, informative and professional. He gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision for my home. I couldn't recommend this company more. Thanks you so much.
