I only chose this business as it was local to my area, really glad I did! Being new to shooting as a sport, the Gents here were brilliant in their advice, coaching and general set-up. NOT ONCE did they take advantage and do the "hard sell" to me on items I didn't need, I had done research prior to purchasing and obtaining my license so I did have very general idea. My son is now a shooter as well and entering comps, and gaining great advice and set-up from the Gents at Miall's. Thank you Gentlemen, keep up the great service and friendliness when you get when you enter the Shop.

Great communication and also opened the shop for Easter Saturday which meant I could drive the 80km during my time off. That was greatly appreciated. Staff were informative and helpful.

We don't have much choice for gun shops in Australia, competition doesn't really push the shops to go all out and put on a show like in the USA. Fair enough I guess the market isn't here for it. Miall's does have a very polished store front with plenty to look at. The shop has been there for as long as I can remember and I remember being about four years old and my dad taking me to a gun shop. Behind the counter was a similar aged little girl with pure blonde hair. This shop was Miall's and that blonde little girl still works behind the counter and she knows her stuff too. They may not have it all here but anything that can be had in this country can be ordered here with a smile. They are not cheap but they are on par with all the other local shops. I wish they had more of a collector inventory like cleavers do in QLD. Apart from that one little gripe I think they do a pretty good job and know their stuff. Being a family run business of over 30 years you'd think they would know what they were doing and they do!
