The white lady was really rude for some reason. She seemed very grumpy and she didn't talk to me nicely at all. I was willing to spend couple of hundreds but I left because of her attitude. Poor customer service ever...

Amazing service - I phoned and asked if a very special delivery was possible to a hospital patient. Nothing was a problem and the gorgeous flowers were delivered the next morning. I found out today 'my friend was the only patient int he hospital that had flowers delivered since COVID shutdown'. My friend felt so very special and with me being some 1500km away and not able to visit I felt very grateful that the team made this all happen. THANKYOU
