So this JB store is a little weird. It's split up into different flagship stores specialising in different items and you will probably have to take the lift if you are looking for a product you can't find on one floor. It can make finding a product on your own a little annoying, but the staff are very happy to help you out.

Feels more spacious than other JB stores but probably because there are 2 (or is it 3) JB stores on Elizabeth Street and they sell different things in each stores, with a little overlap.
Today I went to buy a lens at JB hifi on Elizabeth street. We had some conflicts with choosing the products to buy just because a staff there wants to sell something else that out of our interest. The staff named Collan has expressed the way too aggressive from the customer service standards. And he ended up with using his foot to navigate us to see the products there. Very impressive! I wasn’t sure that happened just because we are Asian or not.
Kris/Chris was so helpful with my Samsung phone bought from jb. He's really knowledgeable & pleasant.
Had great service from one of the employees, showed me several laptops, spent time and discussed my needs and benefits and downsides of each laptop and ultimately helped me pick a great laptop. Unfortunately because the purchase was made after closing time, it was rushed and we forgot to discuss warranty/ insurance. When I called the next day, I was told that as long as I bring my laptop in and they see it's all fine, I could still add insurance. However when I arrived (at a different JB) I was told that I couldn't such a thing. To make it worse the employee that said I could get insurance, denied ever saying that, fortunately the call was recorded and once they saw that he did promise that JB-Southland honoured it and allowed me to add insurance.
I purchased a new phone yesterday and received an outstanding customer service from Chris.He understood what product I was looking for, assisted me setting it up and made it so easy for me to understand the features. He is a great asset to your team. Thank you Chris and keep up the good work.
Staff were really helpful even made sure I had the right product as it was earphones and they can't be returned once opened
Customer service at highest satisfaction! Thanks for letting me exchange the headphones I bought in the store for the right one I am looking for. Couldn't be thankful enough. Happy with the new headphones now.
