Dr Deed is very knowledgeable and patient, takes his time and really looks for diagnosis.. unlike many other doctors that don’t seem to care. Highly recommend him.

Excellent GP - open-minded, compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable. If he doesn't have the answer to a question he's completely willing to say so. I've seen others comment on his reception staff, but I've always found them fine. His timeliness is fine most of the time too, but timeliness is a problem with any Dr, good or bad!

Dr. Deed ordered blood work for me a month ago and said he would call with the results. I scheduled appointments with a specialist and naturopath believing that I would have the results. He went on holiday and his nurses are not allowed to give the results. So I have to cancel my appointments until he returns.

I waited a while for an appointment with Dr Deed, only for the reception staff to send a reminder for the wrong time. An honest mistake that I can come to terms with despite the big effect it has on my life (it is not easy for me to leave my house). Unfortunately the reception staff were incredibly rude about it and I had already made most of the journey there when they called to say that I couldn't come in. The lady I spoke to cut me off, didn't listen or take any responsibility. She basically accused me of lying (despite me having the reminder txt with the incorrect time on my phone), and didn't set another time for me to come in. A simply apology and/or making an effort to get me back in to see the Dr would have been enough. I don't feel that I will go back...how can trust I won't be met with the same again and then have to pay for it?

TERRIBLE, RUDE staff. I requested a ‘long’ consult with Dr Deed (as he was recommended to me by a friend) and was told “sorry, initial consults are 30mins that’s the rule”, I explained that I’ve been bounced around between many specialists and I’ve discovered that 30mins is generally never enough time, by the time they review all the test results and perform an examination and ask their questions the consult is over before I’ve had the opportunity to ask questions and I feel rushed out the door. I also explained that if 30mins isn’t long enough and I need to come back, it would be really inconvenient as I would be travelling out of my way and having to take additional time off work. His secretary just continued to speak over me saying “im sorry we don’t book extended appointments, that’s the rule”. That woman is unbelievable rude and completely unwilling to listen or be friendly. She didn’t even offer to “ask the question” and get back to me.
