Cricut Joy Card mat bundled Placed the order on the 28th Jan evening (after business hours actually) after debating my self to order or not to order for many days because I haven’t heard about this company before. The prices are really great and my gut was keep telling it’s too good to be true.. Since there was a physical location in Brisbane, called them and got cleared some of the questions I had and went ahead and ordered anyway (with crossing all the fingers in arms and legs ) through the PayPal as there’s a buyer protection. (P.S - which the PayPal had made some changes recently..so research about it before place the orders which exactly covers and not covered now) Since I ordered only late Thursday, I gave them till Monday to see any order updates. To my horror, even till the Monday (yesterday) evening the order was showing “Awaiting Fulfilment “ and the panic struck again and when I enquired about it from the Brisbane shop they were quickly responded and within the next hour or so I could see that it had been dispatched from the Melbourne wear house. It was shipped through tall priority and I got it before midday today in Brisbane time. And the products is in excellent quality and packed securely. Did registered the machine to the Cricut without any problems and did all the trials without any issues. Overall I am a 100% happy customer, only thing I suggest improving is to respond quickly on the online chat platform. Even though on the website it shows “We are online” on the chat icon, when you start chatting, no one responding and reply comes few days later on an email. Apart from that I am really happy about this company overall and will be definitely recommending MediaForm to others, at least for the Cricut Joy!! Good luck guys and keep up the good work!!

Prices look good, but quality of service is not quite. Put in an order for two items and it's been in "Awaiting for fulfillment" for three days already. Tried opening a live chat window (user Joshua was "green" as in Available) multiple time to understand the delay, didn't get a single response. Sent an e-mail to sales@mediaform yesterday, no responses at all. I'm very disappointed (and a little concerned that this store might be a scam).
MediaForm redefines what an online shop should be. Friendly and helpful staff who treat you like a valued customer. They care about you. Excellent website that is easy to be used. You can really tell how much the management value the customers. My experience at MediaForm was in stark contrast to other online shops. You know you are at the right place when the experience of the online shop makes you feel like a real shop.
They made an effort to ship the item out ASAP as I requested. Product price much cheaper than other sites. Highly recommended.
Great customer service from the Brisbane Office - Lisa had gone above and beyond in getting the printer sent from Sydney overnight to the Gold Coast Office the following day. Great service and recommend before heading to the usual Store fronts to get a competitive quote from MediaForm as you will be delighted on pricing. Phoned the Sydney branch to enquire about getting a laptop sent on express for an urgent need. Joshua was fantastic in arranging everything so quickly and laptop was received next day in Melbourne. Thank you for the excellent service. I'll order again soon.
