Containers being receipted were delayed by McPhee just enough to allow them to carry over into the next charge period, meaning that we got charged for two weeks rent for goods that were pre-sold and collected almost immediately after having been receipted. Communication was terrible. Reporting was even worse. Some items being warehoused by McPhee mysteriously had parts missing whereas no parts were missing on any of our other containers which contained the same product. Go figure!
