I recently purchased a lounge and bedframe/mattress combo from WFC. I was very impressed with the items online and decided to buy before I went down to look at them during one of their sales. I was happy doing this as you can receive a store credit if you change your mind and have not yet taken delivery (we were unsure if we should get a soft or medium mattress and wanted to double check the firmness in store). I was very happy to see that all 3 items were of excellent quality and the savings were significant. We purchased approx. 6000 worth of furniture for approx. 1800 including delivery. When time came for delivery, Lenny was very professional and delivered to our apartment including a short walk from the loading bay to the lifts. The entire experience was very good and I would happily purchase from WFC again. I am very happy with the quality of the furniture, assembly was straightforward and everything lined up and fitted well, with no spare parts left over. Again really happy with my purchase and thanks to Lenny for his help, you're an excellent asset to the business mate.

Absolute JOKE of a "company". If you want to arrange your own courier for delivery, don't bother. Management wouldn't release our lounge to our courier. We had to argue on the phone for about half an hour the fact we have the right to organize our own courier. We haven't even had a chance to open the boxes yet, and too be honest, I'm afraid too. On top of that I was told by a worker on the open day weekend (Saturday) that they would hold the items for two weeks and I can pick up next weekend. So I hired a trailer and went down next Saturday (as advised) and nobody was there. I tried calling the number and no answer. Waste of time and money. I think the key problem is, is that these people don't work there all the time. They are only hired out by a recruitment agency for the weekend. And given a rundown Saturday morning. So they've got next to no training (not there fault) on the polices and procedures. Which in turn leads them to giving out false information. Another major problem is management, they have absolutely zero customer service whatsoever. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs. It's seriously not worth the hassle.
Bought the Florida 1800mm dining table over the weekend. It looks different from the photos and what other buyers are getting. Mine has so many uneven black lines/ patches and even some small holes!! Understand that the table is made from natural Tasmania Oak but it just look dirty and second quality. I am not an expert in wood furniture but I am only after a clean looking and modern dining table that’s all Dropped then an email couple of days ago but no respond still. 2/3/2021 - no response to emails no follow up whatsoever!
We were very impressed and picked a lovely setting. The staff were very helpful. We're excitedly waiting for our new furniture. Once we know a delivery date we will be donating our current furniture to the Logan House fire Network.
Purchased a lounge suite online and went to pick up in store the next day. Can’t fault the experience at all. The guys in the warehouse are all hard working and all to happy to help customers load their purchases. All in all was really good service.

Received the Grace bed with issue but they sort it out at the end. Good customer service although not prompt. To be fair the product worth what you pay for, just dont expect it worth the "original price" listed on the website. It may looks similiar but they are completely different thing with those you can find on Harvey Norman, ect.
Loads of great bargains. Staff are so helpful. Was so easy to find and purchase what I wanted.
