Do not rent through them. They might be all friendly until its time to move out. They gave us 12hrs notice to respond to an obscure email or they would take our bond. We responded within 8hrs and were told its too late because they've already booked the bond cleaners costing 880 without even giving us a chance to rectify the problem.
