Recently I attended an Auction in Blackburn that was conducted by Ross-Hunt Real Estate's Sales Director, Mr. Jeff Anderson. I felt compelled to express what a magnificent job Jeff did, whilst auctioning this property. It was good to see an Auctioneer with a high level of experience generate momementum and keep the bids flowing in a structured manner, after what appeared to be a slow and difficult start to the Auction. I am sure the Vendor would have been very happy with the result achieved that day. It would be remiss of me to not also mention that the support staff that assisted Jeff at the Auction, were very professional and attentive at all times.
I have been renting for years and I can honestly say Ross Hunt Real Estate in Surrey Hills is the best Real Estate I have ever dealt with. They have always looked after me and made sure my time as a renter as been a good one. Looking after me with any requests regarding maintenance and keeping the property up to date. Always being friendly and compassionate. Not something that comes from every Real Estate. My new agent is Amy and I am extremely happy with her as a professional.
Re: owners corporation fee I had my owners corporation fee paid for Jan-Mar 2021 to Ross Hunt n order to replace them with another body corporation service company. Lately, I have received the new company invoice for the same period. But I have already paid that, so I emailed the new company and they promptly follow up the issue with Ross Hunt by sending email and cc'ed me. That was 18 Jan 2021. No reply from them I followed up with the new company on 29 Jan 2021 and they sent email to Ross Hunt on the same date asking about this. No reply from them 22 Feb 2021, the new company sent email again to Ross Hunt, no reply. Today's date 27 Feb 2021 If I could have an response, I will let you know lol, but I don't really think so. Good luck to those still with Ross Hunt. To Ross Hunt, you could find who am I by searching your data base, I am the owner of one of the property you managed before.
