Over the past year, we undertook a major renovation project at our home in Buderim which involved re-flooring the whole house. We initially searched for businesses around the area and through word of mouth from another supplier were recommended to contact Greg from Impact Floors as we were advised he was the best in the business and best suited for our project. Our project as a whole was not simple and had many speed bumps along the way external to Impact Floors, however both Greg and Abbey were always there to support with optimism and flexible solutions to every speedbump that we came across. As first time renovators, Greg provided advice, 100% upfront transparency and even lent us some of his own tools when we had the wrong ones. Both Greg & Abbey provided great customer service that you struggle to find these days. The installation team Mike & Pete were extremely professional, meticulous with their work, respectful of our home and privacy and left us with a home we are extremely excited to call ours. We can not thank the team at Impact Floors enough for the end result they have provided us. I would have no hesitation what so ever recommending them to anyone looking to undertake a project with them.
This is the second time I have used Impact Floors Maroochydore because I was happy with my first experience. Once again I have been extremely impressed with the professional service that I received. Greg especially has been excellent. He has been knowledgeable, personable and very obliging and flexible in meeting my needs which have had to change because of issues from other trades. I really can not thank Impact Floors highly enough for making the removal of old flooring and installation of new flooring throughout my whole home such an easy affair. A smaller family business that truly takes the time to value their clients.

Greg and Abbey at Impact Floors were absolutely great! As we were impacted by Covid19 restrictions in Victoria, Greg, Abbey and Charmaine were so helpful, organising everything from which type of flooring to choose, managing access and final installation video. We really appreciated the video of the completed work but when we finally made it to Sunshine Coast and were able to see it in person, we were thrilled that the floors looked even better than the video. Thanks so much to Greg and the team. Really appreciate your level of service.
