Perfume is really good for the price but lacks customer service,I would give Zero star if there was an option, we have been today evening there bought 2 perfumes but might not go back as staff look very unhappy and definitely not approchable. Last time we have been to Werribee Pacific and they were amazing.

Thats so weird i ask for mens fragrance with that girl i don't now y she told me that these r men fragrance when i purchased them n wore it i realised that she lai to us n finally when i checked it that seriously a woman's perfume so u hate it i bought 3 bottles n all r women fragrance . seriously this freaking me out

Unable to find Montale Greedy Chocolate available here in Australia and at a decent price. We went here and Fatima helped us out. She was Awesome and Very Knowledgeable about the perfumes. I left with buying 5 bottles. Will definitely good back.

My friend referred me to have a look at Palermo and I did so. Perfumes were not bad compared to the price. But good customer service will not be what you expect! Sellers don't know how to respect to customers, they are pushy and want to sell something and get rid of customers at the same time. Even you look at the responses of other Google reviews, they don't look professional at all. The business owner can expand the business by hiring someone who trains then how to have a better customer service.

@palermoperfumestraralgon it is amazing perfumes but please check the service in high point mall it was very bad dealing with customer from one woman working in it today at 6 pm , 7 sept.she didn’t talk nicely with me I don’t know why so because that I didn’t buy anything from ur store .

The ladies are sooo annoying here.. every time I walk past them bombard you with perfumes asking if you want some.. if someone wants purfume they will ask Stop being annoying
