Company does not honour warranties. Took faulty system into store, set it up for manager to personally witness fault. Got sent away for repair and came back not faulty. During that time the warranty expired. All manager offered was to send it back to repairer's, and if it came back not faulty again I would be responsible for costs. Manager witnessed fault personally. Tested leads for faults. I said to him because it may be an intermittent fault, he saw the fault with item personally, there can be no dispute that the DJ speaker had a fault (one was not working). He basically told me I was stuck with it. He llied to my face when I first brought it in. Nothing I could do, even though he personally witnessed it not working properly and went back on his word. The shop sells sub-par equipment (he even said it was a budget system. Jordan the manager will u anything, quality, doesn't stand by his promises or warranty. Shame JORDAN shamep
