Popped in to get some stuff for my lawn. Get very professional service and very good advise. Even I have done some prior investigation I learnt a few new things from person who looked after me. Also, was surprised with stock of garden stuff they have. Quite brought variety for irrigation, garden lighting, est... they should promote themselves a bit better. I was looking for these sort of things in the past and had to buy cheap stuff from eBay.

Ordered on line two weeks ago with the promise of being sent out in 2-3days.Sent an email on the 6th no reply phoned today the man said he would ring me back and didn't and then had notification from Australia post they were sent after my phone call. I would have cancelled the order if I had the chance. No not the cheapest and certainly no customer service. I should have read the reviews. Don't order online from this company is my advise.

"Beware" Malvern irrigation is not a bad company, however be very careful with one of their recommended installation and maintenance fellows; " Robert Mahy, RJM Garden Sprinklers" He's lazy, rude and completely unprofessional on all levels. A waste of time and money, in fact another contractor was required to essentially complete what he'd quoted. If you love your lawns and garden like I do, make sure you don't use this guy. I could go on and on, but what's the point, I think you'll get my point. I'm not sure 20 cigarette butts left in my garden beds is the best type of Compost!!

These guys are a joke! I have ordered and paid for my products online 5 days ago and they still have not sent. When ring they gave empty promises and if you try to ring again they avoid your calls. If you need to reach them, USE A DIFFERENT NUMBER! These guys are liars. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
