Professional and friendly service! Joel was excellent with his knowledge of Malibu's products. We were more than happy with the whole experience with Malibu Shade. The installation went smooth & installers were professional. We love our new Retractable Roof Pergola and would highly recommend them to everyone.
Unprofessional Wow they are so keen to do a quote, install and take your money. As soon as there is a problem they don’t want to know. The beams they installed to hold the shades bend easily and the bolts come away from the wall allowing water to seep into the wall. When you inquire to have this repaired they ignore you as if you are invisible. Be warned about this company and go elsewhere.
Excellent and professional service.....would highly recommend Malibu Shade our retractable awning is perfect ! The customer service we received before & after installation was great!
