The staff were amazing. We bought a new bed etc and were taking it back to Tasmania on the Spirit. We had to load it on our ute with a number of other things. Annette was amazing and so helpful, she let us load under cover and provided us with numerous packing. Thank you so much. Ute and mattress arrived dry and safely!
Service was great. Margaret was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. It made making a decision on which mattress to buy very easy. When making a big purchase like a mattress, you don’t want to get it wrong. Given how comfortable they all are I am confident that we when to the right store.

No pressure and very pleasant staff. Staff had misunderstanding of feet/glides sizes (thought two were same height but we're not) but knew everything about their mattresses. Delivery was on time and careful. After a week very happy with Bellissimo 4000medium as well as the buying experience at Thomastown.
Had 2 single matresses made in Brisbane for our caravan to replace the OE planks that passed as matresses. What a world of improvement. Money very well spent.
