Though the staff were fantastic, and catered to everything we the customer required, the boats are in terrible condition, and in need of a complete make over, or scrapping. Every feature of the boat from bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, safety railing, decking, roofing, electrics, are all long over due for a complete overhaul. Our group enjoyed the four days on the boat, but that was more about our own company rather than our accommodation. I say again, the staff could not have been better, but the boat...

The staff are great, they are so friendly and really know their job. We were on the banjo Patterson house boat. It's an oldie but a goodie. Loved it Thanks guys and gals
Wow... What a weekend. After booking a year ago and having to reschedule due to covid-19 the Luxury Afloat team were amazing, kept up communication (between 3 people one being interstate!!) Answered all questions and were just all round lovely. Now, the boat! Mary MacKillop. She was fancy, clean, spacious and definitely luxurious!!, We couldn't believe how big the house boat was She fit us 8 adults and one child more than comfortably, kitchen and outside bbq. 2 decent size decks to lounge and take in the scenery and a top deck upstairs for with tables and chairs (doubles as a dancefloor ;). ) The crew ran us through all we needed to know then took us out to let us do our thing. They welcomed us back and drove the houseboat back to the docks for us . All of us couldn't stop talking about how amazing the weekend was. We are currently having withdrawals!! Can't wait to rebook, see you again soon ! Thank you so much to Mary and Luxury Afloat!
I can highly recommend Luxury Afloat due to their great customer service, and especially for how they conduct themselves under pressure. During our stay, we had some issues that were completely unforeseen. They could have happened to anyone, and any business. However, the way the team jumped to action and sorted everything out was top notch. For me, this is the true judgement of any business. People can talk about how good they are and how much they value customer service, but it is proven in tough situations. Despite some minor issues, we had a great trip, and we have photographic evidence to prove it. Just take a look at the sunrise we experienced one morning in Little Jerusalem Bay. Thanks team for the great memories you helped our family create!
Staff very helpful and friendly. The houseboat was a shabby and needs refurbishment. Was disapointing.
