LOL they tried to refund me in gift cards which is illegal according to ACL / ACC if the product is faulty. Unbelievable. They're on harvey norman levels of bad.

Bing Lee were great, on price, service and ease of online store. The online store was so easy to use and it showed all stores with the item I required. None in my local area so I checked against Liverpool and there were two left. I quickly placed my order via 'click and collect' and within two hours I had a message letting me know my order was ready for pickup. When I got to the store the staff were very polite and asked how my day had been and not tried to shove me back out the door with my item. The whole process was great. Thanks Bing Lee and your Liverpool staff.
