I've taken my computer here twice to have some issues looked at. First time it was half fixed, second time they couldn't even diagnose the problem, in which my friend diagnosed in 15 minutes. They never pick up the phone, anytime I wanted to talk to them, I literally had to drive to the store. They promised me a follow up email on a report on what they'd done to the computer. Never received, despite following up 4-5 times. Never listen to their quoted time frame on repairs, as it always takes much longer. Never expect a call back from them. You will need to be the proactive one following up on any sort of information.

My mate went in to get his iPhone fixed, got screen replaced and new battery, he dropped it about a week later, too half of the screen busted so I told him not to fork over another 180 or whatever and I told him I’ll fix it, I open the phone it has screws missing (which caused such damage from such a small drop), there was no adhesive holding the battery down, and I’ve emailed Leading edge and I still haven’t gotten a reply. At that stage it’s just being lazy not to add a 1 adhesive strip (which comes in packs of two), it’s poor workmanship and lazy.

Great service. Have had 3 iphone screens fixed here. They have a great selection of technology accessories and a computer repair department. Always try and buy my stuff here first as the Upper Mountains needs a technology shop as good as this one. Thoroughly recommend David and the team here.

I would give these people 10 stars if I could. They replaced my battery and screen in my iphone - it's like new. They managed to retrieve all the files from my macbook pro which would no longer turn on. All for very reasonably prices. I am beyond happy.

Had a very hard to fix problem with my laptop which kept needing new parts and new problems kept occurring they fixed it as fast as possible and were nothing but lovely threw the whole process, incredible customer service and great price. They should always be your first call for technical problems in the upper blue mountains area.
