I bought a laptop from KNN computers. Apart from the delay in dispatch and scant commuications, I am happy with the purchase and it is as described. Happy to buy again from them.
Brand new computer shop. They have refurbished Laptop and desktop. Still adding more products.
Wasted my time placing an order and driving over to pick up a laptop that wasn't the same spec as on their website. When I pointed this out out, I got "oh yeah, they just cut and past and don't check". Pretty sure 'they' are your employees - no apology, no care. Good luck if you get what you order with this lot...
Wonderful people to deal with. Although I never ended up buy the product there level of professionalism was of high standard. When I requested a refund they issued it straight away no questions asked mine you this was within the 30 day return period. Look forward to dealing with you in future.
