DISGRACEFUL!! I would NEVER use this company and I respectfully advise you to do the same. So many other companies on the coast that will do a far better job and are pleasant to deal with. I approached Kitchen Connections in Maroochydore to do my new kitchen and wardrobes and whilst they were lovely when you first meet them, that is where it starts and stops. Be aware of the sales pitch of the 'coupon that can only be used if you sign up right there and then'. Know your rights! Don't give them any details as they too will harass and try to intimidate you by telephone. They are nothing short of bullies and liars! If I could give them NEGATIVE STARS I would. So glad I never engaged them to actually do any work. So many other reviews that reiterate what I have to say and more, so too for the gentleman in the showroom arguing with the manager for a refund on the day I was there!!

We've just had a new kitchen installed by Kitchen Connection on the Sunshine Coast and it's absolutely beautiful. Jane the designer had so many great ideas for functionality and wow factor to suit our budget, going out of her way to answer any questions we had. The installer Dave was excellent with great attention to detail, replacing the cabinetry if it wasn't up to his standard. Our project manager Matt was lovely to deal with and had great communication. Thank you team!

An absolute disgrace, however the plumber was fantastic. Scratched our whole living room timber floors and no one wants to take responsibility. Over priced and poor quality. Would never use again or recommend. Full of promises with no delivery. Want your money upfront, I have never had to do this with other trades in the past, they only needed a deposit until completion. Kendall is all talk and no action, always an excuse. Spoke to me like I was a bloke he drank beers with. Totally disrespect for women.

We had a kitchen installed late last year. Their sales tactics are questionable (can only get a discount if you commit immediately while somebody is standing in your house), however I went with them as they were meant to co-ordinate everything for me. As soon as I paid their upfront deposit however, their service disappeared promptly. Kendall was full of excuses every step of the way, we were promised it would take 2 weeks however lived almost 3 months without a functioning kitchen due to issues and delays. There was no communication between KC/Kendall and the trades so I spent countless hours coordinating everything instead. Months later there are still issues that remain unaddressed. We went into their showroom as Kendall was fobbing us off and they just deflected us to somebody else. No responsibility as soon as they get your money. Avoid at all costs!!

Happy with the kitchen itself, not entirely happy with the soft close functions. Service was great until they got our money, then the communication was non existent. After 3 months, 4 visits, 2 installers and 2 project managers we are still waiting for a complete and functional kitchen.

Product knowledge from the staff was excellent & the kitchen exceeded my expectations. The manager Deon was fantastic nothing was to much trouble. I would recommend them . thanks Michelle
