Had an appointment with Dr Stella today a brilliant female Dr. She was very approachable and knowledgeable about my issues and put me at ease and on the right path. Receptionist staff lovely to deal with. Thank you to one and all for a positive experience.

My regular medical practice is about 30 minutes away so thought I'd try My Family Doctors Kirwan. Bad decision. Arrogant young doctor couldn't have been less caring, making my feel I was wasting his valuable time. What an over educated prat. Reception staff were lovely and I'm sure permanent doctors at the surgery are brilliant.

Dr Bahmann is an excellent Dr. He is the first I have EVER come across who made it clear that he was invested in my long-term health. The reception staff have always been lovely, but I admit the wait times have been ridiculous sometimes (standing and jiggling a baby and wrangling a toddler). Wherever he's headed to next, I wish him the best of luck.

My experience is never bad although when my mum went in there she got told that she was breaking her foot because she is too fat and that is not okay. These so called doctors are disgusting people until it comes to their own kind. I was absolutely appalled by this! They either need to get rid of the Indians and Africans or people will stop coming here. They need to be little more polite and a little less rude.

Always open for walk in appointments - which happens often with my sons. great to get something seen to quickly - beats waiting for a GP who is booked out for weeks. Usually not too busy when I am there.

Front office staff were incredibly rude and condescending, including the Practice Manager Karen, who seemed oblivious to the concept of customer service, preferring instead to lecture and threaten. Karen, you'll catch more flies with honey than with vinegar, and when things do go wrong a little empathy goes a long way - after all, your customers are not having the best day ever to start with. One star out of five for these reasons. Would not visit again. Hopefully your practice realises that feedback is instant and global these days, and adjusts their customer service accordingly.

Some of the receptionists are rude and need to communicate their requirements of patients better, this place is good for physical ailments but definitely NOT mental health issues due to what i believe are the foreign doctors cultural indifference's to what counts as a "serious health problem". My partner was prescribed 60 tablets that nobody can afford to keep buying on a tight budget, Take your mental issues to a Gp that understands mental health is a priority too.

Terrible practice. No help from doctors because they hadn't seen you previously. Reception do their best to continually misplace reports etc. the so called practice manager is a disgrace and is far too un hygienic to be seen as an employee at a medical practice.was ok when p.k was there now it's not fit to take your dog.
