Called early in the day, to see if the factory shop was open. My call was diverted to the business owner's mobile phone. He informed me no one would be at the factory until friday, but someone was gonna be at the factory between 6:00-7:00pm. I traveled 30 Kms, and got there at 6:10pm. No one there. I call, and the owner says, someone will definitely be there at 7:00pm. So I wait until 7:10pm, and still no one. What a complete waste of time, the guy obviously doesn't know how to run a business. Don't be a fool like me, and trust what this plonker says.
Have been buying a few parts online with these guys to get the daughters PW50 completed. Excellent communication and quick postage turn around, would definitely recommend them for your aftermarket PeeWee needs!
