I too made the mistake of ordering before reading the reviews. After sending an order confirmation and charging my credit card, there is no further contact. Don't answer emails, phone calls or texts. Neighbour confirmed the business has not been at the advertised address for a number of years. Google should take responsibility and block this website.

The sheep skin cover was fantastic, attention to detail, fitment is outstanding. It has made all day riding great, still feeling refreshed at the end of the day. Cant wait to tour Tas. If your got a big K get your self one of these covers . Patience is key as they are all made by hand!
I placed an order for a sheepskin last month ( paid for item) waited a week (no details received relating to the order) I tried Emails and phone contact several time over the next few weeks ( without success) Not sure if they are still in business or scamming customers
Take your money, give you an order no and you never here from them again.
Ordered, took payment and never sent. No way to contact them, no phone numbers answered or in service.
Save your money, save your time and don't even think about ordering from this company. Hasn't even got the common courtesy to return a phone call or an email. Not even worthy of 1 Star. Eventually with the help of PayPal received the product I ordered. It is well made and worthy of a 5 star rating.
Previously I had ordered a seat cover a number of years ago & it was a quality product, but this year the order has taken some time due to business owner relocating premises. The package came Express Mail in the mail today and it is a great quality product. I hope the back orders can be completed to satisfy customers as it has been worth the wait.
Update 23/08/2019 , still no response to calls and messages. No refund, no product, no service. Conman. Paid for my motorcycle sheepskin Seat cover 17/11/2017, have not received the item, despite an email saying it would be delivered in 2 days. No response to phone calls or messages. Are they even in business? Seemed to be no problem in taking my money. Please refund my money!
