Really unhappy with the customer service and warranty that is provided from Total Tools. I purchased a Pedestal Drill in 2015. It was faulty straight out of the box. I was advised to buy new belts out of my cost a week after purchasing . After numerous attempted I have exhausted all avenues to get my Drill working to standard. Today was the last straw when I found the head cracked and the tensioner for the motor has broken off inside I will not be purchasing anymore tools from Total Tools to avoid having to deal will their customer service.
