Did not provide us a receipt at purchase. Rice dispenser we bought was still in box, did not allow refunds. Different story if it was used. Purchased day before. Very dodgy. Print on rice dispenser was also faded. Very disappointing and not returning in future.

I paid over 3000.00 for karaoke system and the owner said good quality but I could not singing. I checked with my friends and they said all quality is fake made from China. I lever come back there again
I wish there was no stars rating because I also bought a cooker from this business and they will not abide by their warranty because they said I had cockroaches that cause my electrical fault. They also replaced my plastic cover I had for the rice cooker and I noticed cockroaches on the bag. They wanted me to pay 80 to fix my cooker. I know things are cheap here but you’re better off going to Bing Lee for that extended warranty.
last month i bought a rice box to Adelaide, the shipment came on time and no problems inside. Give you 5 stars.

No guarantees at this place. My aunt bought a rice cooker and they used their own plastic covering and filled it will cockroaches and blamed my aunt for misusing the cooker. Do not go here to buy and return any faulty products they do not abide by their warranty. They said and I quote “if a cockroach causes a electrical fault on your cooker no warranty”. WOW!!
