Epic service, The service technician rescheduled their day, came out and solved the problem of a sticking container door with in minutes, quoted on upgrading to electric and very very happy saved us 1,000s with no disruption to the business.
Most appalling customer service for a business that caters to the commercial sector. No after hours service offered for mechanical breakdowns which are frequent. Something that you would assume being a given for the cost and product supplied commerically. Would not recommend at all.
