I recently had new bamboo flooring installed at home over existing cork floor and I am very pleased with the result as it has resulted in a very durable finish which looks terrific in our timber pole framed house. the installers Brad and Daniel did a great job given the complexity of accommodating angles and circular cutouts. I would definitely recommend this product for similar applications.

Very disappointing with our experience with the is business. After paying all the money for the floorboards we were only supplied with less than half of the floor boards on pick up. Since then we have waited 6 months for the rest of the boards and had to keep chasing them up. we were then given the wrong colour and given every excuse from management issues and too much rain in China. He has still not provided all of the boards and we have not been offered any compensation for this whole mess. Do not buy from this business !!!!
Bamboo Flooring SA installed our floors in our lounge, dining, kitchen & stairs. Their service was exceptional - we had a very small window allocated by our builder and they went out of their way to get us in on time. The installation crew worked tirelessly and the end product is really beautiful - everyone comments on our gorgeous floors! Would highly recommend to all.

Excellent product at reasonable price. Michael was patient and thorough and he went through all sorts of bamboo types with us and even gave us a few samples which allowed us to compare and match with the existing floors at home. Very happy with the final product :)
Had a new bamboo floor installed by Bamboo SA and we are extremely pleased with it. From the salesperson (Michael) to the the installer (Troy) we have nothing but praise. The service has been fantastic. Troy was very thorough when he came to check our existing flooring to make sure everything would work okay (we had existing tiles on the floor) and his team did a fantastic job installing the floor boards. Their attention to detail was exceptional and the way he worked the floorboards into the rooms with carpet was amazing - you can hardly notice that the floor boards are higher than the carpeted areas. Would highly recommend them. A big thank you to the team.
I thought I had better give a belated thank you to Michael for supplying my bamboo flooring. I am getting great feedback from anyone who sees it, it really has transformed my home. Thanks also for all the tips in how to lay it. I thoroughly recommend this product and the company supplying it.
