I’ve been a Kennards customer (in Sydney) for a few years - using their self storage service - and was very impressed with how dry and clean it was. My furniture and goods were in great condition! I’ve recently moved to the Gold Coast and found it convenient to find Kennards are based up here. It was great being able to return my 50 cardboard boxes which I used in moving up here. Kennards are my “Go To” when it comes to anything to do with moving and storage. Keep up the great work Kennards!

Absolutely seamless operation to book, register, and get started. Great personnel ( Bol- at the front office), helped ensure easy understanding of everything necessary, and facilitated our initial storage. I couldn’t be happier with our choice of Kennards( Southport), and can’t recommend it highly enough. The costs are the other bonus- as they are the most competitive in a busy market.
This truly was a 5 Star experience. The front desk attendant was very informative, professional with a smile. The locker I booked was far better value than competitors I viewed, is spotlessly clean, and easy to locate. I am very happy I looked around and chose Kennards Storage in Southport.
What a great storage centre. At Kennards storage centre Southport the staff are fabulous, courteous, friendly and know what they are talking about. The ease of storing your belongings and the price are fantastic. Would totally recommend Kennards Storage Southport.
Very new facility. Everything is clean and fresh. Staff are super friendly and very helpful.. reasonably priced storage units also..
Very Friendly, polite customer service. The whole process has been free of stress during our time of moving and storing our furniture with Kennards. Our storage room allocated to us was clean and right next to the lift on the 3rd floor. Access is 24/7 which I like also through the keypad at the front. Very happy with the price quoted also. Glad I chose Kennards in the end.
I am currently The customer of Kennards southport, I have to say that I am incredibly happy with the service location and how beautifully kept the property is. The workers I’m friendly and helpful. I would never hesitate to recommend using their service. The fellow Bol who workers ha always gone out of his way to help !! Simply love him !
Brilliant !! I phoned yesterday morning around 9.30am, Thelma sent me the link to apply online, all very straight forward. Catherine from the new Southport facility followed up promptly to arrange the pin # and we accessed the storage space a couple of hours later. So easy for us and very professionally handled. Thank You Ladies !!! Three months on, we have completed our storage needs and exited the building yesterday. I emailed to advise we had departed and within a couple of hours had received confirmation that the recurring charge to my credit card had been ceased and a small refund processed. This has been a seamless and excellent handling of our storage needs - we highly recommend Kennards Southport. Thank you for the wonderful service and a fabulous clean facility.
