I ordered an audio system for our small school in the inner west. Drew took the time before I purchased anything to find out what our needs are exactly and how we plan on using it. As a result we ordered equipment that was right for our needs. Upon delivery, he took the time to show me how to set it up, he colour coded everything to ensure we could all use it in the future. The service was very professional and personable. Thank you, we love the system and the service.

Our recent experience in hiring audio equipment from RTR for a 70th birthday party was absolutely top of the range. Not being audio equipment literate meant we had to call upon RTR for their expert assistance. They could not have been more helpful in making sure everything was set up so as to get the best possible sound and to ensure the system was simple to operate. We can't recommend RTR highly enough. We have been using RTR productions for our "End of The Year show" for 10 years now and they have been absolutely fantastic. Every year they help and guide us step by step through the all pre-doing-post event details, they really are the experts and they provide us with a peace of mind so we can concentrate on our show instead of having to worry about the technical side of the event. They look after everything, AV, staging, rigging! We have booked them again for this year's show in December and we recommend RTR to everybody! For a corporate gig a friend mentioned they used RTR to provide sound system, projector, lighting. They recommend using smaller (less expensive to hire) but more top end equipment that really filled the room and made the night .Encouraged by my friends experience I contacted RTR about an event I was managing .They explained ,designed and installed everything I needed, including multi zone audio and lighting. Several guests mentioned to me how impressed they were with the professional audio set up .I would use RTR again.

We used RTR Productions for my daughter's 18th birthday party. The staff were extremely helpful in explaining how to hook up the sound system, speakers, mixer, lights and smoke machine. The RTR Productions equipment really got the party going. I recommend RTR and will use them again for our next function.
