The worst company i have ever dealt with. Selling products that are obselete. Incorrect products supplied. Then i am told to sort out with there suppliers. Never once return calls, do you know how irratating the advertising is on the phone after you have made plus minus 100 calls to get something sorted out. They recommend an installer who is an absolute joke. Guys steer clear.
Worth the effort to see..excellent range of products
My family recently did a small renovation in our bathroom and found the staff were very accomodating to our needs and budget as we had to mix and match new items with our existing.
So good. Was helped out by Em, amazing service, good range and super helpful for any follow up questions. Absolutely loving the bathroom and kitchen range in the new house.

They stuffed up my order few times and I spent 10k just for my taps!! Really poor customer service and care when something goes wrong. They can't be reached, they are not answering phones, not responding to emails. I am extremely upset, we had to spend our Christmas and sleep outside of our home due to their mistakes and looks like we won't be able to move into our apartment until after the New Year.
