I would not recommend this store. I was upsold a pair of Crep protect shields and told that they stop the creasing in leather shoes and because I was paying 200 for the shoes, it would last longer. I asked if there was pair to try out, but told no. I thought I'd at least try them out when I got home and if it didn't work out I would return them. The shields were not at all what I was told they would be "soft gel" - it's actually a hard piece of plastic with gel tech underneath. Super uncomfortable when it's in place, so much so that it was unbearable to wear. I took them out, repackaged it and returned it today 6/4/2021 - 4 days after I bought them. Only to be refused a refund because the outer packaging was damaged. NOT HAPPY and not going back there to shop again.

Terrible customer service from some staff, there were some friendly staff however, If they aren’t in that part of the store they can’t serve you. I guess you have to put up with rude customer service where they walk away in the middle of serving you and you have to wait with no communication on what is going on or if they are coming back to help. Management needs to work on the communication with their staff.

Rude pushy customer service when they are not following you around the store treating you like a criminal. I went to try on something and was told no bags in change room. I promptly walked out and I will be telling my family and friends not to shop here ever

The JD in Blacktown there is a Afghan guy works there his is such a rude person I ever met I wouldn’t go back to this store anymore poor management I would give this store 0 star.
