The store has everything that you need. There is one man that works there that I only deal with his name is Rick, he knows his stuff on everything. He will spend the time with you and make sure that you get the best deal possible. I have passed his name onto many people and all have said the same, he is the best. If you ever have a problem with a purchase that you have bought from JB ask for Rick he will do everything possible to make sure that you are satisfied and get the best outcome for you. So if you are looking for something from JB take the trip to the one at Eastland’s and ask where Rick is...you will not be disappointed.

A very expensive retailer. The staff may not always get to you but they are polite and no one is over the age of forty. They are good with refunds and fairly knowledgeable with their products. Too bad if you don't like yellow.

Range is ok. Most staff are very helpful, they really don't like if you know more about a product or want something other then what they carry. Always try to sell the more expensive of everything but that's retail I guess.
