Purchased a front loader washing machine from Jackie, absoule hands down the best service I have ever had. Jackie not only set the bar for great service but did so effortlessly. I cannot thank her enough for the lengths she went to helping me get a replacement washing machine ASAP, along with guiding me through the choices and tailoring the right machine for my house. This experience with out a doubt will be passed onto my friends and family.

After getting the runaround from JB Dandenong, my experience at this store was the polar opposite. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Answered my questions and had me on my way with my new TV in 15 minutes.
Jb itself is a great shop but had to ask 3 staff for help 3 times to buy a washing machine. Each time it was we will find someone which is fine... except no one came. The gentleman who served my partner and I (forgot his name) was great though.
