The difference between the experience I had in Osborne Park, versus the experience here, is worlds apart. The Enex store is full of disinterested staff, who will actively ignore you, then do as little to interact with you as possible. The expectation appears to be "don't ask questions... just buy and leave". One extra star for the trainee guy on the register. He was very pleasant.

If I can give more than 5 star I will. The lady who helped me with my faulty scooter, THANK YOU SO MUCH. I had never felt such professional service, both during phone calls and in store. I went there a few times for other things and the service had always been TOP. Seriously I need to know how you train these employees!

They've cost themselves a lot of sales, since I can never find a staff member free to unlock the product I need so I can get on with my day. I can't wait forever, and I've left and purchased elsewhere several times.

The service was atrocious! I have been interested in purchasing some Apple products and was prepared to spend upwards of 2000 today. No one greeted me on entry, the Apple area was unmanned and when I asked for service, I was handballed off to another staff member who was extremely short and disinterested. When i asked for stock levels, I was instantly met with “no where has it”. Despite this young man expecting me to leave, I pushed and finally found out multiple other stores had the products I was chasing. Safe to say, I wont be back until the staff treats their customers with more respect and authenticity.
