One of the better JB stores in the area, better than the Westfield one in my opinion. Staff were very helpful and asked if I had any questions. Has smaller crowds than the other stores also which is convenient and more space to move around.

David gave knowledgeable and friendly service when I bought headphones. He even gave me a price match for something I'd found online. Past experiences at this store have also been good.
Parker and the dream team were so helpful in making sure I found what I needed! My hectic requests were never a problem and if someone didn't know how to solve my problem someone else in store did. Great to have so many experts under one roof
Paker who works there is fantastic, great girl, who was very hlepful and extremely polite. She was patient and had great banter. Never really review but had a great experience there the other week. Brought a laptop there the other day - think it was directly from the store manager (tall guy, with glasses & grey hoodie). He was very helpful answer questions & pointing out warranty inclusions & where I could go etc. Two day later I went in asking about a student discount but instead he retrospectively applied the new sales price that went live that day. Saved me over 300. Great store, with awesome customer service. Which is often hard to find in the CBD
David helped me out 15min before closing time with a mobile Polaroid printer. I actually waited for him because I overheard how helpful he was with another customer. I appreciate honesty when buying expensive items (and not so expensive items) - but David was also happy and enthusiastic throughout. Great customer service - thanks David, you absolute LEGEND!!
Had a fault with Xbox series X, both Duncan and Matt were excellent in helping me with it even though these are in short supply, got me back up and running with minimal hassle, even recommended a few games in there while I was waiting. Great service!
bought 3 games ofmonster hunter rise for me and my flatmate to play in the first day released after finish work but silly i got the empty boxes instead, the second star i gave since i can just get back what i lost easily but they dont know what i have to gone through losing my precious time to go there again and have to wait the another daybto play the games... what the point i take it on the first day release and the sorry just didnt feel like a sincere sorry really its maybe funny for you guys but not for me as the customer
we just purchased a 1700 laptop on 3 Apr 2021 and wanted to have the name on the receipt as I was travelling internationally and wanted to claim the GST back. The Asian lady at the counter with blonde streaks misspelt the surname so I asked if they could issue a new receipt. She was super annoyed and rude (even though she made the mistake of misspelling) and started to write a manual receipt. She forgot to include the GST amount per the guidelines and she was rude again and said "what do you want me to do?!" and I simply asked if she could write the GST amount, it's not hard... She got upset and angry and another gentleman re-wrote the receipt... Absolutely terrible attitude and I should have refunded the laptop and bought it across the road at the Pitt st Westfield JB Hifi. Would not recommend at all.
