Fantastic customer service. Bought a Fitbit at another store and realised that I had been overcharged. Went into the Canberra City store and they called the other store and refunded me with no trouble - thanks heaps to Hope who processed the transaction for me, really appreciate her help and would recommend this store.

While visiting Canberra i dropped past JB in the Canberra Centre looking for some binoculars, not only could i not find a sales rep to help out, when the one that was paged to the area, she was not only not helpful at all but pretty much not interested and her attutide sent me straight out the door to make a purchase else where - who's service was excellent!!!! I generally love JB but not Canberra Centre.
