The staff are polite and knowledgeable about their products. The store isn't very wheelchair accessible, which is a huge downside. However their range and prices are very affordable for the items available.

Decently large store with lots to look at. If you're thinking of pickup a new laptop or phone, here is a great place to do that. Friendly store staff with the typical JB-Hi-Fi feel, they'll help you out. Would recommend.

Grand Occultist

Excellent selection of vinyl here l. The best of any JB I've been to. Has a decent amount of extreme subgenre of metal (black metal and death metal) but could always use more. Kudos to whoever sticks vinyl here.

Great JB HiFi store. Not as big as other stores like Liverpool for example, however the service definitely makes up for it. Bought a Chromebook for my daughter, didn't work properly - exchanged following review. Replacement had a screen problem - exchanged following review. Replaced with updated model AND met the same price - Awesome! This is exactly what customer service should be like - genuine problem, genuine help. Thanks, JB - you've done it again!

Staff, Darwin, Cassandra, and Helen were great, they went the extra mile, though they were busy on Saturday they found a room, service it, and had it ready at short notice. The price was right, the room clean, and modern. Great place, quiet and peacefully atmosphere. Enjoyed a good conversation with Darwin.
