So this is a Super Store? Why? A Super Store of having the most staff members standing there talking amongst themselves and avoiding eye contact with potential customers? This is NOT a one off. Its to the point I HATE going in there and think about driving to the next suburb! Today I got annoyed after standing there for half an hour, trying to attract an employee's attention and went the back counter and bluntly voiced my displeasure. Fortunately I received FABULOUS customer service from a fellow named Joe. There were 2 other people who assisted and pointed me to Joe as they were uncertain of my request but were honest enough to say so. Joe is the ONLY reason I didn't leave the store. Funnily enough once Joe was tending to me all those who avoided me SUDDENLY were available and I was bombarded with can I help you? AMAZING that! Fortunately I received my item today and am happy. Joe is an asset to the Belmont team and does the work half a dozen others. Hes definitely earned a Christmas bonus that's for sure!

Worst customer experience ever. None of the staff was nice to customers. Was there for about 20min looking for some cables and they put cables all over the place. None of the staff offered any help to find what I needed. Been into many JB Hi-Fi stores and all of them had nice staff. I'm never gonna go to this store again to see those faces. They should know how to greet customers at least. Thought of putting a comment because my wife also had a same kind of bad experience in this store couple of months back.

Walked around the tv section for 15 mins without an assistant coming to see if I needed help, so I walked out. If I had been serious about a purchase I would have gone and found someone. They are normally very good at this store. Must have been an off day.

I spoke to Graham on the phone before driving over and he was very friendly and helpful. On arrival there appeared to be no staff around and I waited around for ages until I finally saw someone with a jbhifi tag and stopped them. I finally found Graham and he was great. He sold me a good gaming chair.. Maybe you need more staff though or encourage your staff to talk to people who are standing around looking lost..

Always well stocked with friendly staff ready to help on a whim. This is my go to J Hi-Fi, usually slightly cheaper than other companies in the market
