I've dealt with these guys several times and i found them good to deal with when you are buying from them, however, when there is a problem with a product they talk to you like you're dirt. I purchased a weather station, it was not a cheap one and the temperature switches between the correct temperature and -10deg. I did the research, i reset it before i returned the item and tested again. The product has an issue, yet the assistant manager tried to tell me it was my issue and muttered profanities and his breath while he attempted to disabled and fix the issue, It just goes to show that you don't need a long neck to be a goose, tech guy, pffft, my backside! Any way he reset the machine and said it'll be good now, i returned home and reconnected the device and it still has the same issue. If you don't like being in the customer service industry, get out of it Jaycar Maroochydore, I'd be surprised if you stay in business too long anyway. You give your industry a bad name! I'll be returning the item and getting a full refund and purchasing online because stores like this deserve it. Terrible service, terrible products, poor management. When i left the store two people took the time to come to me and comment on how rude the staff were. Jackasses

Absolutely horrible to deal with, they can never help. They also act like i dont know what i am talking about and if they don't know about something they automatically write it off as doesn't exist, basically the customer is always wrong. They then walk off, rolling their eyes and mumbling as they leave. This is also not a single occurence but everytime i've went there and i have had enough of their disgusting customer service. Even though they are around the corner from me, i would rather spend more and go somewhere else.

I went in to look for a very specific cable I couldn’t find anywhere else. I couldn’t remember what it was called only what the plug looked like. I must’ve been searching for half a minute before a team member asked me if I was looking for something. After I explained to him what it looked like he took the correct one of the shelf and asked me if it was that one. Perfect customer service as I needed to get in and out quickly. Thank you!! Have been back since and same great customer service every time. Either staff or management must’ve changed because the negative reviews do not reflect the store at all now.
