Every Jaycar store is great but this one especially. It's large, modern and well lit with plenty of room for the wide range of products that Jaycar stock.

Great place for electronics. If you take your time and talk to the staff, they are really knowledgeable and will help you out or point you in the right direction!
The shop is good, with good stock of items. But honestly, the attitude of the staff is disgraceful. I visited this shop with only three customers in shop (not a busy hour) I have gone to this shop to buy multiple items. No staff cared to offer a customer help. Two staff pass by obviously saw i am lost, but never bothered to offer any help. Well, if they are helping a coustomer, they could have come back. But, never did. I approached a staff at the desk to ask help. (two staff were standing at the desk at that time). He just vaguely explained of what i can get. He doesnt seems like he do care. Not at all customer friendly. Then not even moving from the desk he pointed to an isle saying I can get that from there !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I then visited Jaycar Ringwood with a fantastic customer assistance (was a busy hour for them when i visited). The staff responded proactively, helped me to get what i want. If anyone had my same experience or wish to buy something and needs help, please do drive to ringwood (If that is an option). Its worth it than shopping at this shop. I feel sorry for the owner of this shop to loose business because of such disgraceful staff.

Terrible service, especially the girl and the Store Manager, they need more training and people skills..heard of Customer Service!!!
Always go here for my electronic needs although wire can be a bit pricey.
